Therapy Groups.
An advantage of being part of a therapy group is that you know you are not alone. Talking with other people who understand what it’s like, who have similar experiences or ways of coping can be very powerful and supportive. It is understandable to feel nervous or apprehensive about joining a group, so if you do have any concerns or would like to discuss the therapy groups I offer, please do contact me.
Groups are available either in person in Kegworth or online. If you would like to join a therapy group with me but have specific location requirements, please do contact me to see how we could work together.
One Day Empowerment Group. In person.
Where is your personal power? How do you know when you are feeling empowered? What does empowerment mean to you? What do you need in order to feel empowered? This therapy group will explore empowerment in a constructive, interactive and experiential way. Taking inspiration from TA, person centred and constellation work, the group will work creatively and somatically.
Location - The Berne Institute
Date - Thursday 2nd July 2026 - 10am - 5pm - 3 Places Available
£110 per day.
A 25% (£30) deposit is needed to reserve your space. Group size 5 - 8
Online Groups
Death & Dying Group.
In this group we will explore what it means to us to live fully, what legacy we might leave and our relationship with endings. These groups are wonderfulyl enlivening and rich. Everyone in the group will be a trainee or qualified counsellor or psychotherapist. Group size is limited to 6 participants.
Starting Tuesday 1st September 2026. 6.30pm - 8:30pm. 6 sessions.
£35 per session. Only 3 places left.

Exploring Hungers Group
In this group we look at each of the hungers and explore what each hunger means to us, how and if, we meet it. Everyone in the group will be a trainee or qualified counsellor or psychotherapist. Group size is limited to 6 participants.
Starting Tuesday 3rd November 2026. 6:30pm - 8:30pm. 6 Sessions.
